John is a passionate Registered Massage Therapist with a deep interest in the human body and its movement. A lifelong multi-sport athlete, John's experiences on and off the field and ice inspired his journey into massage therapy.
Since becoming an RMT in 2022, he has been helping clients improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance performance through his expertise in deep tissue and sports-focused massage. Combining his athletic background with a commitment to personalized care, John strives to empower clients to reach their physical potential and well-being goals
