When Should I Consider Using Massage?Who is a Registered Massage Therapist?
A therapist who is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
The CMTO is the regulatory body for therapists working in the province of Ontario. If you would like to have your benefit plan cover some of the cost of your treatments, this is a requirement.

What can you expect?
Your Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) will bring you into a treatment room where they will ask you what you are looking for. This is the perfect time to let us know areas of discomfort, areas you would like to avoid, and your preference for pressure. The RMT will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that suits your needs and comfort level. This is also the time to let us know if this is your first massage ever we can walk you through the process step by step. Once a treatment plan has been agreed upon, you will have the room to yourself to get comfortable on the table and wait for your therapist to return to the room with a knock on the door.

Some important things to know about our location
Parking:
You will be naturally directed to the back of the building. You will notice a road sign with an arrow. Please follow the sign to enter the free parking. Park anywhere you see “commercial tenants reserved parking". These spots are dedicated for you and they can be close to the wheelchair accessible entrance should you require it.
Approaching your treatment room:
As you walk into the building you will come to a front waiting area and desk, it will be staffed from 8am – 5pm. Please consider using the “QR Code” available to check-in to your appointment, this is the fastest way to alert your therapist you have arrived. If you have arrived early please sit in the available armchairs, and your therapist will come get you. Continue past the front desk to the hallway and turn left. There is a “Bueno Massage” sign with an arrow.
Bathrooms:
You will pass the bathroom first before arriving at the clinic. The bathroom is located down the adjacent hall (there is only one) on the left-hand side across from the water fountain. There is a sign that says “No.1 Salon” and to the left are the men and womens bathrooms. Please use them if you need to before coming to the clinic waiting area. Turn left coming away from the bathrooms.
Clinic Location:
The clinic is the second door of the original hallway, unit 124. If you pass a staff room as you walk to the clinic, you've gone one door too far. A “Bueno Massage” sign is hung in front of our door with an arrow.
